The Medical Examination Department Organized the Activity of Experimental Skills Competition for You

In order to improve the experimental skills and level of the young teachers, the medical examination department used three and half days to organize the activity of experimental skills competition.
According to the requirement of the college, all the teachers and experimental technicians under 40 years of age attended the competition. Due to the differences of teaching methods and skills in different subjects, the judges would use the examination basis, skills and pathogeny biology as the examination content. So, every teacher in this competition needed to finish a set of experimental operation completely, then the judge would give comments one by one. All the teachers who attended this competition were serious in the process. After the examination, all the judges made the criteria of the standard operations and corrected everyone’s mistakes.
Through this activity, the judges would know the experimental teaching skills and level of the teachers and all the teachers knew the deficiency about themselves in experimental teaching. Meanwhile, it also promoted the whole teaching level for medical examination college.
