Student pick up from the airport to the university can be done by the school (i.e. the international exchange center) or your contact in china for 800 RMB. Be sure to have your contact's Chinese phone number and also inform him or her of your detailed traveling arrangements before arriving. If you do not have facial recognition of your contact, be sure to share at least a secret code to make sure the right person picks you up from the airport.

There are basically three ways of getting to the university from the airport; by bus, train and car. When you opt for the school pick up, it costs about 800RMB for an individual and 400RMB for two people. For three to five people a minibus will be used, which costs 1000RMB for all passengers.
